The company fosters an exceptional environment with an intelligent and highly capable team. In the role of Customer Success Manager, collaboration across departments, product, support, marketing, and accounting, was essential, and I consistently experienced a true spirit of teamwork. Colleagues were always willing to lend their support, which greatly enhanced my ability to succeed in the role. The organization values real work-life balance and demonstrates genuine care for employee well-being. The benefits package is comprehensive, including health, dental, and a personal wellness program that further supports employees. The office environment is also a highlight: modern, vibrant, and welcoming, with thoughtful details like great coffee that make it feel far from the typical grey cubicle setting. Overall, it was a very positive experience to be part of such a collaborative and supportive workplace.

Opportunities for career advancement can be somewhat limited at the moment. However, as the company continues to grow and expand, I believe there will be increasing potential for professional development and upward mobility in the future.

Good team. Lots of camaraderie, laughs, and support. Overall positive environment. Leadership is passionate about the cause, and communicates transparently for the most part. Extended health benefits with no waiting period, almost entirely employer-paid. Good on work-life balance: work from home, can go to appointments/errands during the day.

Compensation. Already low, being a New Brunswick based company. On top of this, all employees did not get raises at all for two years while costs of living exploded. Operates in a very saturated space with tons of competitors, while relying heavily on partner resellers to drive revenue. This creates a stressful environment, as business performance will affect pay and job security while being affected by factors outside employee's efforts.
