Very undervalued by senior staff at times. No pay progression and often a real lack of communication. Often extended/long hours without any thanks. No HR. Would not recommend.

A good starting point for people at the beginning of their career.

Zero management, zero culture, zero progression. No flexibility or even thanks afforded to employees who are expected to go above and beyond.
