Pros

The cons far outweigh the pros

Cons

The sr. management agrees to projects that are far beyond the capacity of the resources available to work on them. This creates a very high stress environment leading to overburdened staff and very unhappy clients. They frequently do not pay on time; just as frequently they do not pay in full. This is systemic across the organization. Three co-workers also expressed they were pressured to quit projects and not paid in full or in some cases at all. Although the CEO, Scott Terrell, appears charismatic and friendly he could be described as a wolf in sheep's clothing. Unfortunately, many of the promises he makes turn out to be lies and his reactions when the truths are revealed are extremely defensive. He works to alienate, discredit and gaslight anyone who attempts to reveal the truth of his shady business practises. It would be unfair to suggest that it is only Scott who takes part in the unethical activity. Other managerial staff are either complicit in Scott's schemes or choose to turn a blind eye out of fear of being reprimanded.

Pros

Since coming on at Beanstalk, I've been able to be apart of countless numbers of projects, spanning various industries. Not only has this increased my technical experience and skill set, but it has also increased my knowledge and understanding of various other facets of our different departments. Every week I enjoy coming "in" to work and getting to do amazing things with an amazing team. The culture and people at Beanstalk digital are top notch. Which is quite a feat considering we are currently a fully remote company. You are surrounded by friendly faces who aren't afraid to stop their twelve tasks to assist you when you are in need of help. If you're looking for a place to expand your skillsets, gain experience, be surrounded by a A+ team, and do amazing work, Beanstalk might just be the place for you.

Cons

With the rapid growth, days are always busy. Which can lead to juggling many different projects/clients at once. All in all, being busy isn't really a bad thing at all. At least you aren't bored!
