Pros

Beacon Hill group was amazing to work with! They always check in, provide new leads, and guide me through every step of the interview process which landed me a new job.

Cons

They focus primarily on finance, so it's tricky to use your other background to get into the jobs people are looking for, but my recruiters did an amazing job selling me.

Pros

They recruited me for what looked like a good job.

Cons

1) I was recruited and hired as a Program Manager, then within the first week, I was informed by the client that "we only hire Program Managers internally" and was made a Project Manager. 2) The contract was cancelled abruptly by the client after 18 months, for the official reason, conveyed by Beacon Hill, that my client manager didn't approve of a (completely innocuous and inoffensive) joke overheard between myself and a colleague. 3) Beacon Hill staff provided no value added communication, interaction or support throughout the entire 18-month engagement, and has provided no support afterwards for finding the next engagement.
