Instead of someone speaking with someone and placing a text to a vendor, that person then texts the assistant office manager who then texts you, telling you that you need to contact said vendor for issue. You are not given the appropriate accolades as when something you brought up to do is swiftly taken over by management. If you ever have an issue you better truly be willing to die on that hill because they will say you have a poor attitude, poor communication skills or just are not in right fit for the goal structure of the company. God forbid you have any health issues, they thinly veil their disapproval of your issue and are more concerned with how it will affect their day to day operations.
