      Pros used to be working with people you actually like.

      Probably the worst HR department I have ever dealt with. Some of the leadership team have no idea what they are doing.

      Pros

      Great culture, competitive pay, flexibility, trust from team leads and executives alike. Overall, an amazing company and product to get behind!

      Cons

      Onboarding for new hires is a little haphazard. The platform is incredible but so large and intricate that it can easily be overwhelming to those who are just learning it.

      Bad Executive team members are more like junior managers and middle management keep changing every 3-6 months. Middle management has always been better than executive team
