- Finance doesn't always pay people within the respected times outlined in their contract. I had to submit a default notice to even get their attention.
- Asking people to work in the office during a global pandemic, with Belgium being among the worst affected.
- No on-boarding program, leaving you to figure it out on your own.
- No processes in place to development functional software, leading to complaints and unnecessary redo.
- Documentation is non-existent, seems everything is done on-the-fly.
- Managers not honest about why you are hired, changing the scope of work at the last minute.
-Using Interns in place of hiring people for the sack of cutting cost over producing quality in each department.
