The founder operates like an autocrat, lacking real startup knowledge yet dictating impractical directions. No business model as such, ponzy winner names announced for each contest till 2024. Not sure about now. Employees were frequently made to work late nights despite the tech team’s inability to deliver even basic features. Standard employee benefits such as PF, tax compliance, health insurance, or LTA were promised but completely absent. Worse, final salaries of exiting employees remain unpaid, reflecting poor ethics and a lack of accountability.
