Pros
There is no pros sadly
Cons
This company is a rought and is only there to take your earnings and hard work. They don’t specify what they want you doing and the job description during hiring process or interviews because it’s illegal. They surprise you on your first day with a location in Sydney where you walk the streets and dangerous industrial areas walking up to strangers and offices pleading them to buy raffle tickets and donations to a kids charity that dont even get the donations. The CEO makes more money of the tickets your selling than the actual charity itself. Then they pay you quarter of what you earn (barely to survive on). They then promote you within 2 weeks to a leader so you don’t leave and get to comfortable in the job. They also tell you that you don’t have to work weekends when really they guilt trip you into working Saturdays so you can reach your ‘targets’ and earn more money for yourself, when really it’s just to get themselves more money. I’m glad I had the courage to leave before I got sucked in to an office as fake as this.
