Pros
There were plenty of opportunities to learn new things about SEO. The team was friendly and supportive. The salary was decent. With new management, more employees from different countries gathered at the main office in Aarhus, creating a diverse environment. Some managers genuinely tried to improve the workplace and show respect and value. If you know your job and perform well, no one micromanages you. Work-life balance was easy to maintain, and company celebrations brought the team together.
Cons
When I started, there were many layoffs—some understandable, others completely unexpected. Early on, I saw strong, talented people leave because they were burned out. The main management often lied to the team, promising no more restructuring, but over the course of a year, there were constant changes. You could come to work one day and be let go the next. Layoffs for employees outside the headquarters were handled poorly, often without following proper rules or notice periods, sometimes cutting people off work immediately with no warning. Aside from the occasional chance to work from home, there were virtually no additional benefits to speak of.
