Unhappy - Anonymous employee Bayview Physicians Group Employee Review

Very understaffed! All the departments have lost employees and are not getting them replaced which is making more employees want to leave. Although some additional responsibilities are manageable at times it comes a point when enough is enough and when no help and none of the promised compensation is given it becomes very frustrating. And makes you lose motivation. The management does not communicate well and forgets everything. The rules change all the time so you feel like you always fail no matter what. Certain departments are favored more than others. They receive help before others.
