Like any firm, it can be a struggle to get design input or design ownership on projects--principals control much of the design process.

Great people. If you know exactly what roe you want to play on a team and do not want to further explore other options the office would be great.

I don't feel like I am given many opportunities nor am I being encouraged to push myself forward. I don't feel like I am learning anything here and at the stage in my career I really want to continue to be pushed forward.
