Very meaningful and important mission: Bayer is committed to working with farmers and the broader agri-food industry to transform the way food and other goods are produced. I work in its digital farming organization and the small, driven team is innovating in ways that bring value to farmer customers, conserving their resources and protecting the environment.
Cons
Organizational change is improving efficiency to bring value to farm customers from the bottom up, but the changes are ongoing and could serve as distraction in the short- to mid-term.
