Business outlook
Pros
Great work life balance, especially for working parents. My manager and my team were great people to work with and helped me in the initial days and made me feel welcome. There are several internal opportunities available and the HR is very helpful.
Cons
The only con that i can think of is that there are very few events where the team has fun. It might be just the team I worked for, but in the 20 months that I worked here, not even a single team building activity was conducted. That includes no team lunch and no networking events.
