Unfortunately, I do not recommend working for this group of companies. It is not just one company, but a group of related companies, and from my experience, the work environment is very unstable and poorly managed The company does not seem to value or retain employees, regardless of whether someone has worked there for one day, one year, or even ten years There is a lack of respect and appreciation for employees, and many decisions feel random and unfair. In my opinion, the management style creates confusion, pressure, and a lack of trust inside the workplace
