Unfair - Research and Development Baxter Employee Review

It has become too much to watch my colleagues take advantage of the hybrid/wfh roles. I’m stuck trying to get ahold of individuals who stay home more than come to work and I want nothing more than to get my job done. This wfh system was never meant to hinder work of you or others but it’s very clear some individuals are never online and never answer their emails.
