Pros
If your a high performer, Baxter provides great, challenging opportunities. They actively incentivize high performers with salary/bonus increases, international assignment travel, and management experiences. Average performers are treated well and incentivized with development programs.
Cons
Baxter is slow in investing in operational software. It can make for unnecessary re-work and reporting in multiple systems. As well, the products aren't hyper exciting. Some uncertainty exists with the appointment of the new CEO.
