Employee friendly company, listens to employees feedback, celebrations of festivals and birthdays

Cons

Senior persons politics particularly my manager who make groups and gave appraisal to his favorite guys who used talking on back and used to accept it openly.

Cons

*Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
