Pros

- Pay is competitive - Incredibly strong executive leadership team that is respected, no question that they want to do the right thing for the patient - Work/life balance - Opportunities for growth if your are willing to stick your neck out - People are always willing to help each other - Employees really care about helping patients - Large company, a lot of opportunity to move around - Employee stock purchase plan with a great discount

Cons

- Politics can get in the way of doing the right thing for the patient - When times are tough, every little thing gets cut, including free coffee - Have to get creative to find inspiration, a lot of cubicle farms with gray walls - Can be challenging to get work done because of strict processes, politics and difficult people - Mix of new and old, culture can be very challenging to adapt to the changing health care and business environement

Pros

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Cons

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
