      Pros

      Strong focus on financials giving us great stock market returns so far. Very much a tough love organization. CEO has done a great job.

      Cons

      Same focus leads to a certain level of brutality and a mindset that only people outside of the company must be qualified.

      Pros

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Cons

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
