      Pros

      Some good people at Baxter wanted to do a good job. However, executives did not listen to advice or suggestions.

      Cons

      Constant downsizing. Status quo was acceptable. No desire to improve. Anyone who didn’t agree with everything being done by executive leadership was blacklisted. Overall toxic culture

      Pros

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
