Great company, limited internal movement - Warehouse Materials Handler Baxter Employee Review

There is limited meaningful internal movement upward in both pay and recognition. HR is not supportive as the company outsourced all HR operations to a large, faceless firm. There is a 6 month hold in current position, which can be unsustainable for long distance commuters. There is no recognition of talent, education, or mentorship to prepare upward movement.
