Working for a single owner, Bob Baumhower, was nice. Bob is a great guy and family oriented.

Bob Baumhower is very active in the day to day activity of each restaurant he owns. Be ready to report daily to Bob. Also know that when he sees something he thinks will work for his restaurants that he will implement it suddenly and when it doesn't quite work out the way he hoped he "punts" it. Seemed a common theme.
