Extremely high turnover in the US - almost 80% of staff in the last 2 years due to management change and mismanagement of leadership. Years of knowledge and experience aborted the mission because of very small amounts of money when sales were record high. Management was selfish and unappreciative of roles and experience and lost out big time. Branch is having to start over with people new to the industry, new to the product and things are reckless and a mess. There isn't enough money in the world that could have made me stay through the chaos. Finger pointing and backstabbing is the preferred method of problem solving currently.
