      No pros lack of support from leader worst management, no code KT after joining.

      Cons

      Worst experience expecting to join call late nights not only sometimes every week 3 times so many times have to be available till 3-4 AM and if not available on weekend on every monday have to listen why you were not available firstly they cannot ask for weekend.

      It is a good company and a fast-paced MNC with a very structured work environment. It is a great place to start your career, as there are many learning opportunities and exposure to professional processes. The top management is also very supportive and everything is well organized and properly structured.

      Cons

      There are some issues related to location and connectivity, which can sometimes make commuting and communication challenging.
