Good money, zero appreciation from the top - Office Administrator Battenfeld-Cincinnati Employee Review

The pay was very good for someone recently out of college. Even before overtime, I had a healthy wage that was good compensation for my skills and experience level. The work was interesting and engaging. My skills were often put to good use and I felt like I contributed to the overall health of the company. Some coworkers were pleasant and made the working day enjoyable when they were around.

The work schedule was often unpredictable. There was not enough PTO to schedule off for every event I wanted to go to after work (understandably), but since my travel calendar was rarely filled in past a couple of months I had a hard time making after work commitments. Some coworkers had a decidedly negative attitude about things that sometimes made them unpleasant to work with. Staffing was often thin so many people were expected to fill multiple roles simultaneously. Hours were sometimes long and jobs often didn't go according to plan, but this is not unusual for this kind of work so I cannot fault B-A for it.

Get to see places and eat all kinds of food!

Tight on budget for per diem, no tool allows, questions everything you spend. Bad computer for the amount of use.
