Pros
The salary and benefits package are very competitive. Also, one is not forced to work overtime. The option to work hard and be recognized is completely upto the individual. The company is very multicultural, thus it is more interesting and fun to work with people from a diverse set of cultures. One also has the opportunity to work with very highly educated members of society.
Cons
The management structure is very horizontal. It's great if you're a senior scientist and like the freedom to initiate your own projects. But, as a junior scientist, more guidance is needed.
