Pros
I like what I do day to day but that is because I am on an interesting contract. As a gov contractor you are limited to 80 hours every 2 weeks. There is a very modest pension if you work there long enough.
Cons
No career progression, unfair compensation, employees mean nothing to the company, lots of lip service and no action to make things better
