Pros
Promotes charity work for it's employees. Some wonderful co-workers. Good facilities. Knowledgeable scientists. Still has pension. Has gym at the main campus.
Cons
Some very arrogant managers who haven't learned that treating others well is important in life. Doesn't seem to promote team work and collaboration. There is team work in theory, but not in reality.
