Pros
Time off is great, students are mostly fun to work with, there are pockets of great colleagues in areas around campus
Cons
Administration is out of touch with the needs of employees and actively hostile toward their efforts to advocate for themselves (just Google Bates's response to employees' efforts to unionize). It's not a very welcoming place for people of color or low-income and first-gen students and workers.
