Terrible Management and Morale; High Turnover - Anonymous employee Bat Conservation International Employee Review

For a 28 person organization, the turnover is unbelievable; 4-7 individuals quit or fired every single year. Extremely poor leadership; every year, every supervisor is a new "strategic" direction. Terrible managers; individuals that are untrained and unsuited for management are in supervisory roles. This makes for a terrible and stressful work environment with the lowest morale of any place I've ever worked at.
