Make sure you have your base salary doesn't go down after being there 6 months or a year. KNOW YOUR WORTH! I've been here almost a year and I've only signed 8 accounts and they want to let me go when this seems to be the norm for outside sells. Training was horrible and the owner does not deliver the message he gives to people when they are hired on. Everything is too good to be true. They don't want top talent to do what they do.
