Horrible management Encouraged cliques Corporate is a mess No training I saw a lot of fair housing violations and saw lots of discrimination....towards employees, residents, and prospects. The company is full of cliques....and the company is way too small to talk to "corporate". Even if you get a hold of corporate, they are "friends" with managers, so they will see to it that your are ignored and deemed non-important. Forget about trying to make any decent money if there's more than 2 leasing consultants in your office...they encourage you to be out for blood when it comes to leases, it's the only way to make any living wages. Once a leasing consultant, always a leasing consultant....if you start as that, you'll never have the opportunity to move-up. They don't offer any training to excel yourself and raises are a joke...you can get better raises at H-E-B.
