Great company great management and it's super clean

None that I can think of at all

Clients were great and company had a good routine sending them to the day program and keeping their ADL’s consistent.

Most of the staff were not well educated apart from managers and directors. I did not feeling appreciated for my work and was pushed out of the way once when I was not doing dishes correctly. Staff constantly told me how to do my job when it was not their responsibility. I feel like they only hire people because they want warm bodies and not necessarily because of any prior experience. I often felt like my manager took sides when there was a problem and didn’t have time to hear both sides of the story.
