Pros
Competitive salary, lunch provided 3 days a week, fantastic attorneys and paralegals, lots of training opportunities and resources, quick and supportive IT department, constantly seeking new technology and processes to improve day to day
Cons
Few hybrid opportunities for admin staff, terrible insurance, juvenile high school gossip culture among the admin, blatant favoritism from HR towards specific people, increasing micromanagement, disorganized approach towards implementing new policies and procedures, refusing to hire more staff when people leave and instead doubling the workload of current staff, poor yearly raises, little room for advancement, no communication from management about why and how decisions are made that affect peoples' working lives, out of touch upper management who complain about remote work but come to the office one day a week
