Pay is dismal. Just look at job postings to see how little they pay. Benefits are decent, but they charge an arm and a leg for them.
Worst part of company is upper management. Completely inept and arrogant. Run as my way or highway type place. Every company has problems, but they seem completely baffled on how to deal with them, almost like they don't believe they have any and they will magically go away. Also, selective enforcement of rules. One can have a violent outburst towards another employee, and simply get moved to a new job. Another can travel around just to collect travel points and vape, but provides no value. The unfortunate, (or many fortunate) get now guidance, feedback, or direction and are shown the door faster than the company can ship product.
