Pros
Flexible work schedule, benefits are decent, colleagues are good people. Company seems to be well funded by current set of investors. Building is located close to the freeway. Nobody is meant to feel overworked.
Cons
Used to, but no longer seem to be willing to pay market rate for talent at certain types of positions. You can't expect the best to come work for you if you aren't willing to pay them like they are the best. Management structure and responsibilities shift around a little too much, hard to keep track of who is in charge of what (and who). Focus on what to build & deliver seems to change too often. Feels like we're guessing at what to build and what our customers really want or at least what will sell. There isn't that compelling of a story anymore to tell perspective employees as to why they should join the company.
