Worst company with no ethics - Anonymous employee Basecamp Startups Employee Review

Upper management has no knowledge in which direction company is going. Started sacking employees for no reason and worst is no compensation given to employee for the days they work. This is not being done even in startups. Managers given 50% salary that too delayed.
