There is a pleasant atmosphere that makes the daily workflow smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the product itself is high-quality and technically interesting to work on, providing good challenges for any developer.

The salary is quite low for the sector. While the environment is great, the financial compensation doesn't quite match the level of expertise required.
