Where to start. This company is the worst I have ever had the displeasure of working for. A toxic workplace fueled by politics and egos. An inability to adapt and change has left this company in the 1990s in tech and approach to staff. Bullied by staff and management alike, told to withdraw complaints, and a truly awful and shocking approach to it's staff. There is no training or support combined with a ethos of snitching and bullying, staff are destined to fail unless you are willing to forgo self respect and morals.
