Pros
Some people follow the principles of the culture some offices are nice and not bleak, some people are intelligent thinkers. soon to be more job openings as many are polishing our resumes due to recent announcement. 3% matching 401k. job security.
Cons
They put out nice books, classes, meetings, videos and posters (lots of posters snd convoluted emails) of propaganda talking about culture, yet their insurance is arrogantly uncaring, vacation & maternity policy is nothing to brag about but apparently designed by workaholics, salaries are offensively low (they claim to pay people fairly but the joke around the company is they pay people "barely") They recently announced a forced return to the office after a year of everybody proving a lot of jobs can be done from home. No consideration to the humanity. If they were Truly human leaders as they claim there would be no hard requirement for office attendance. I've worked at other companies that didn't claim to be people centric (whatever that is) and those companies didn't require people to be chained to their desk, much more freedom at other companies who don't put out a books or movies that says how much the company cares and listens to people.. It's really arrogant and offensive to claim to care and then not show it. Lots of required bs that makes it seem like they care, but it's surface level and just theater. Basically it's a fine place for low wages, where you have job security with 401k, but it's just like every other company out there, they only care about the people at the top. Nothing special here. But that stings when people realize the propaganda machine only makes it look like they care. They don't. So don't expect utopia as is mentioned in their youtube videos, books and posters...it's very very very far from that. There should be more openings soon as many of us are finally done with the bs, we thought this last year was a wake up call where companies would see the light but not BW. I came here and stayed because I believed the hype but this latest move sealed the deal - now I know the truth. Do not expect anything different or special.
