Pros

Upper management is super transparent and works directly with you to find positions within the company if you want a change of pace. Supports some great contracts and has interesting work for their employees. Incredible people to work with. Compared to other sub-contractors, the pay is slightly higher, bonuses too.

Cons

My contract manager is more hands-off than I would like, but that's personal preference too.

Pros

Good for early career professionals to gain general career experience, especially in the aerospace industry. Stable due to government contracts. Potential for growth and diversity of work, but only time will tell. Good work life balance Good, an small, community Room to push for improvements and change the dynamics of the company. Does provide education reimbursement (if you get good grades!) and has some sort of partnership with an online school/classes (Can't remember name). Benefits are solid/average.

Cons

Lacks room for upward movement and larger salary increases, unless you are interested in management, Positions lean more towards paperwork/pushing and administrative, not necessarily technical. Some positions lack training materials or structure. Depending on project. Data solutions, which often go hand in hand with systems engineering, lack support with regards to customization due to the nature of contracts and budgets. No clear process for suggesting changes to company, that is direct, and not through multiple people or bureaucratic levels. No re-training for older employees who may lack certain computer skills. Unsure if upper management realizes this is a problem.
