Pros
Barrick offers great opportunities for advancement and learning. Coworkers are experienced and professional and a pleasure to work with. They're also engaged with the local community.
Cons
They expect quite a bit from their employees. There have been many days spent working from home or the office in town. They're going through a bit of a management change and are expecting people to essential work two jobs. Also, their pay isn't as high as competing companies.
