Pros
They hire well and attract amazing talent. The team here is truly the best!
Cons
Founders run the business and they do not have proper experience to manage people on their team. A lot of toxic background conversation from the leaders, lack of accountability, and overall every single person who has worked here or currently does work here operates in fear daily and feels like they are being gaslit all the time. Leadership yells at the team and also shifts blame onto the team. A lot of asking to do work outside of job descriptions without more pay or growth support. Would not recommend.
