      Barratt is a fantastic place to work, offering good opportunities and career development, as well as great benefits and recognition. A diverse Company where all genders, ethnicities etc. are treated fairly with dignity and respect. We have a great Board of Directors and I'm proud to say I work for Barratt Homes.
