Decent salary, too strict quota - Warehouse Employee Barona Employee Review

Everything that you do was controlled by numbers and KPI's which made the work very stressful and the firing process quite unfair. The most frustrating of all was there was no specific reason given for being fired. It would've been nice to be given specifics. Now the firing process felt quite sour. I also pretty quickly started to notice that people enjoyed to gossip. It was a good thing I was fired for the work culture seemed pretty unhealthy. The pay and work was enjoyable, the rest unfortunately wasn't.
