Pros
Good location and facilities. Overall quite laid back atmosphere. Lots of nice happenings and possibilities if you're part of upper management.
Cons
Career advancement is only possible via brown nosing and being a part of the inner circle. Friendship trumps qualifications always and this leads to poor management practices as the managers and directors are mainly in the position because they know someone, not by skill. Company clings on to the "good ol times".
