Pros
very little unless you are related to someone in the company.
Cons
No support , no leadership, no direction and low pay. Benefits are lousy, schedules are bad and they treat you like a widget to use and then replace. They also haven't paid me on time on 3 occasions in the last 4 months.! Some kind of computer problems which I think is a lie!
