Recently remodeled dealership. good location.

Cons

Constant threats from manager to decrease pay rate, threats to withhold payment for completed jobs. Changed my scheduled hours, was put on rotating 4 day schedule, that may have you for instance work Monday, Tuesday, Friday Saturday one week, then 4 days straight another. You could never for instance play a sport on Saturdays, because your rotating schedule may have you work 2 saturdays in a row, then have a few off. They expect you to come in and work on your days off, under threat of paying someone else for your work if you don't come in. refused to pay for training travel expenses. And of course there's everyone's favorite, they cut the paid time for wheel alignments and brakes! Had over 100% turnover in the service advisors over 12 months.

Pros

Higher pay then other local BMW dealership.

Cons

Hostile/toxic work environment. Front end of service completely lacks any hospitality. Labor rate is significantly higher and not competitive with other local dealer. High turnover of all positions of service employees. Dealership overall has poor management which has lead to a slow, overstaffed service department filled with bad attitudes and poor business practices. I would not recommend working here if you want to be valued.
