      Pretty laid back work environment as long as you stay on task.

      Cons

      Poor communication across the board and improper op sheets. Not the best work culture I've seen in my career. Very poor yearly raIses to seasoned employees even when expectations are exceeded.

      Pay is good and benefits are alright, willing to train and work with exotic metals

      Nepotism is definitely a thing that pays a part in who gets hired in management, alot of people from PCC
